This application needs to be filled out in order to be considered for one of our babies! We want our babies in the best possible home so we feel an application plus a conversation with the buyers would give us a good idea of how the puppies would be living.

Do you understand that your puppy will have any age appropriate shots before going how but that does NOT mean your puppy is fully immune, and that you will still need to have your vet give your new puppy shots? All adults will also be sold with up to date shots.

I understand that any payment I make towards my new puppy  from Yorktown Yorkies is 100% NONREFUNDABLE but transferable to the NEXT available litter. I understand that if I transfer my deposit to the next available litter and the price has changed, I will be required to pay the new price. * *  Puppies start at $2500 and vary depending on size, sex and coloring. Males start at $2500 and females start at $3000. The deposit is $200 and goes towards the total price of the puppy. Adults are $600. *
I understand that once my puppy is born, I will be contacted through phone call, text message, or e-mail. I understand and agree that I have three (3) days to reply to that phone call, text message, or e-mail saying I am still interested in the puppy. If I do not reply within three (3) days, I acknowledge that I will forfeit both my place on the waiting list and any payments I have made towards my puppy. *
