Volunteer Sign Up for Prom Perfect
Prom Perfect is a ministry of the Bread of Life Outreach (BOLO) and Newport Assembly of God. We bless teens with FREE formalwear and accessories to prepare for upcoming Proms and formal dances! The Prom Perfect experience focuses on letting each teen know they are valued by providing a "boutique environment" with a special welcome and personal shopping attendant. Each teen will receive a Purpose Driven Life booklet. Thank you for your willingness to be a part of this ministry event. We look forward to partnering with you!
  
Please review the volunteer tasks and descriptions listed below and sign up accordingly. If you have special skills or want to do a specific task, please mention at the end in the Comments field. 

Food snacks and drinks will be provided during volunteer times.

SET UP TASKS Volunteer SIgn Up 
Volunteers will do tasks according to their ability and enjoyment. Working together for the glory of God is a blessing. Tasks include:
  • Assemble clothing racks/tables & move pallets of products (heavy lifting)
  • Set up dressing rooms with tarps and other supplies.
  • Unpack/hang up clothing
  • Unpack/display shoes, beauty items and accessories
  • Set up photo area, lobby and registration table

Days of Event Tasks
Volunteers will do tasks according to their ability and enjoyment. Working together for the glory of God is a blessing. Tasks include:
  • Personal Shopping Attendants for teens
  • Dressing Room Attendants
  • Picture Takers (no experience needed)Greeters in lobby
  • Registration Table Attendants
  • Clothing steamers
  • Seamstresses/Tailors/Experienced Sewers

Tear Down & Pack Up  
Task include: 
Pack clothing, shoes, health beauty items, etc in totes for storage. General cleaning up. No heavy lifting required.
