Fellowship Application for University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) Aerospace & Defense MBA (ADMBA) for GOV WID Members
UTK is happy to offer GOV WID a $5,000 annual fellowship to one GOV WID member. Fellowship can only be applied to and with the UTK ADMBA program. Applications are due by 30 April 2024.

This application does not guarantee admission to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Aerospace & Defense MBA program. In order to utilize the fellowship, applicants must first be admitted to the program. 
This form serves as a way to declare your intent to apply to the UTK ADMBA program. Applicants must be in good standing with the GOV WID chapter.
Will you initiate the UTK ADMBA application process no later than April 30? *
If necessary, do you intend to take the  Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)? *
If necessary, do you intend to investigate financial options beyond the Fellowship? (ex. employer sponsored, private loans, GI Bill, university assistance, etc.) *

Fellowship awardees will be required to participate as a mentor in the GOV WID mentorship program following completion of MBA.

Application Timeline

  • February 1, 2024 - GOV WID application process opens

  • April 30, 2024 - GOV WID application process closes

    • All applicants are encouraged to pursue the UTK ADMBA application process before, during, and after they apply for the fellowship. Acceptance can be deferred to future classes - there is no commitment to participate.

  • Fellowship awardee announced no later than August 31, 2024
