Enrichment Scholarship Application Spring 2024

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

The Cordero PS 37 PTA has a limited number of need-based scholarships available for students to attend Cordero PTA Enrichment classes free of charge. These after-school Enrichment classes are held at Cordero one day a week for a total of 10 sessions, from February 12 - May 7, 2024.

Please review and complete this application if you and your child have interest in applying for the scholarship program. Scholarships will be chosen and allocated to students who have an interest in the topic. We ask that if you do participate, you agree to full commitment that your child will attend all the classes to complete the class program. 

Parents/guardians who wish to have their children participate in Enrichment programs do need to be a member of the PTA, which involves a $5 membership fee. You can sign up to become a member here: www.ps37pta.org 

Please return this form to the main office or email it to contactps37@jcboe.org (subject line: Enrichment Scholarship Application) by Monday, January 29th, 2024. After that date, we cannot accept any applications.
