Official CCPA Festival Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in Second Annual Chenango County Pride Alliance Pride Festival on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 11:00 to 5:00PM.  RAIN OR SHINE

 Our Second Annual Chenango County Pride Alliance Festival will be held at the Boname Park in 4364 County Road 32 in Oxford, New York.  

Here is some important information:

 All submissions will be reviewed prior to acceptance. Please keep in mind that no submissions will be reviewed until we receive full payment. An e-mail response regarding your acceptance (or rejection) will be sent within 10 days from the time that we receive payment. In the unlikely event that your submission is rejected, all fees will be refunded to you in full.

There is no electricity hook-ups available during the event. 

Once you have been accepted, no refunds shall be granted for any reason, including your cancellation.

10x10 vendor booth- $35. You must supply your own tent, table and chairs. Quiet small generators are allowed.

We highly suggest you bring a tent to table under, as there is not much shade in the area. Please be aware that the cell service at the park can be very spotty. 

Payment must be received within 14 days of submitting this form.

Vendor Requirements

All materials deemed offensive by Chenango County Pride Alliance, will not be permitted to be sold or displayed.

1. Vendors are required to set-up their booth by 10:45 am. Someone should be there at 8:00 am to set up so feel free to get there whenever is best. The event runs until 5:00 pm, and we hope you will stay for the entire event. 

2. Businesses/Organizations that do not agree with the mission of the Chenango County Pride Alliance will not be considered for participation at any Chenango County Alliance event. 

3. Booth rental is a standard 10x10. Additional spaced can be purchased if needed. 

4. Space is limited.
