FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION

All food vendors must submit a full menu and suggested pricing for approval. It is the intent to have the best possible representation of food items.

Application: Submit your application. Invoicing will be sent via Paypal once it approved.

License & Health Permits: You must have all licenses and food permits (Temporary food permit if you don’t have Restaurant) to operate in Orange County.

Insurance: All food vendors shall provide Go Party Entertainment proof of the following minimum insurance,
• The requirements are: $500,000.00 General Aggregate, $500,000.00 each occurrence, and $50,000.00 fire/legal liability.
• You must list Go Party Entertainment & City of Orlando as additional insurers.

Fire Extinguisher: must have a current inspection tag on a 40lb BC rated tank. If cooking with grease, booth must have Class K extinguisher. All tanks must have current tag.

You must provide your own tent, table and chairs.

All food vendors must pass inspections to sell food. The fire marshal, and health department inspector will perform inspections.

You are responsible for your disposable oils, liquids and waters.
The health department is looking for your hand washing requirements being met, and food temperatures for hot and cold food. Requirements are available upon request.

Parking: There is vendor parking and you will receive one parking pass once approved.

Soda/Water: Vendors are not permitted to sell any beverages.

There will be no refunds made due to weather, crowds, or because you don’t like your space.
