BMS Car Tag
Do you need a car tag?  
If your child will be a Car Rider for the 2023-24 school year, please fill out this form to request a car tag for your vehicle.  
Please submit this form by August 2, 2023 in order to pick up car tags at Open House on August 10th.  
If you have more than one student, please fill out only ONE form with all names included.  
All vehicles MUST display a car tag in order for your student to be called out to the carline.
**IF YOU HAVE A CAR TAG FROM LAST YEAR, you do NOT have to submit this form.  Those tags are still good to use.
