You found a cat or kitten, now what?
This Intake request form enables us to better track and manage all intake requests and improves CCI’s intake decisions by objectively considering CCI’s volunteer and financial capacity to intake more cats. If intake is closed it is almost always because of a lack of foster room available.
Please read through the entire form and then provide the answers for the questions we ask at the end. We're trying to make this process simple for you to do and for us to process.
Intake is by appointment only.
We provide the Orange County Ordinance pertaining to animals at large and recommend that you read it. If the cat is around 4 months or older, please take it in a carrier to a nearby vet to be scanned for a microchip.
