"Weed Out Occupational Violence from HORECA" (WEED OUT) is a project looking into occupational violence in the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering sector.

Occupational aggression and violence refer to any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened, assaulted, or extremely pressured in circumstances arising out of, or during the course of, their work and includes verbal, physical, or psychological abuse, sexual harassment, and sexual assault.

This survey is anonymous and is intended to assist the project team of “Weed out Occupational Violence from HORECA” to understand the extent of occupational violence in the HORECA sector. Your contribution is important, as it will contribute to the introduction of policies/measures that will reduce such incidents in the workplace.
