Cet évènement en français, ouvert à tous et toutes, s'inscrit dans notre Plan équité, diversité et inclusion (ÉDI), afin de partager les outils qui vous permettront de prévenir le surmenage et la pression de performance, pour améliorer la conciliation entre le travail et la vie personnelle !

Cette première conférence portera sur la gestion du stress et la motivation (9h30-10h30) et sera présentée par Ouss Zoglami, expert en comportement humain, conférencier international, spécialiste et professeur en programmation neuro-linguistique et en hypnothérapie.

With the arrival of summer and the session coming to an end, CentrEau is taking advantage of this break to offer you two conferences aimed at equipping you for your work.
