Be sure to wait until you are ready for shipping - after you submit this form, you will be charged a ¥500 repackaging fee if you change your mind.

Shipping Options
Due to the current pandemic situation as well as Russian airspace being closed, certain shipping methods may not be available for your location. Please note that in practice, I do not typically use SAL or surface mail unless explicitly requested.
I will only ship via tracked methods.

Yamato Courier Service is partnered with UPS Global for international deliveries.

I do not ship via Fedex or DHL as they are prohibitively expensive without a business account, which I do not qualify for.

Common locations:
USA - all shipping options now available 
Europe - depends on country (you can check here for Japan Post’s status)
Australia - all shipping options now available 
Canada - Japan Post only (EMS and registered airmail)

Regarding insurance with Japan Post:
EMS by default includes insurance up to ¥20,000. Additional insurance can be added for ¥50 per additional ¥20,000.
Registered airmail includes insurance up to ¥6000 maximum.

Do you have any requests for how your order is packaged?
For example: use a box, tags removed, no recycled materials, etc. 
By default, all fabric items will be placed in plastic (reused shopping bags) and fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap (recycled when possible).
If your order contains shoes, I will keep the shoe boxes unless you request otherwise.
Do you have any requests for how your customs invoice is completed?
Please note that insurance can only cover the declared value.
If you have a specific value request, please note it in JAPANESE YEN, not your local currency.
All packages are marked as a “gift” by default - if you would like something else marked, please be sure to note it.
If you would like to receive email updates from Japan Post each time tracking updates, please input your email address.
This is not required and only for your convenience if you wish. Please note that this option is not available for Yamato shipping.
If you are having a fukubukuro/lucky pack shipped:
The way the fukubukuro is originally packaged may not be optimal for international shipping.
Please let me know how you would like your fukubukuro packaged.
