Purpose: This survey is used to collect information about your organization's capacity to manage and/or receive federal grant funds prior to issuance of a grant award document. Information may also be used to determine monitoring requirements and/or identify technical assistance needed to strengthen operations.
Intended Audience: This form must be completed by a financial officer within the jurisdiction.
Deadline: The Pre-Award Risk Assessment is a single assessment that DEM grants share, so any grant requiring this information can review the data entered by a jurisdiction annually. We set the opening date as October 1st of each year so that most, if not all, of our open grant applications can use just one entry per year.
Time Commitment: This tool may take 15 to 30 minutes.
