Students must be 3 years of age and toilet trained. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of $50 registration fee, registration form and postdated cheque for 1st month’s tuition (or EFT or PAD agreement).

The purpose of this form is to collect required information for registration at École Des Petits Amis Preschool. It is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed with out your express consent. Contact information is used for communication purposes only. Your Information will be kept on file for 2 years as per the Alberta Child Care Licensing Act.
