The Atlanta Metropolitan Chapter of Southern University Alumni Federation in Georgia, Inc., invites you to take part in the 8th Annual Bayou Bash, Scholarship Fundraiser on May 4, 2024, at Starr Park, 5031 Park Ave, Forest Park, Ga 30297.

The purpose of this event is to raise scholarship funds to assist deserving college-bound students with their quest to matriculate at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. Our chapter has provided more than 200 scholarships to high school students in the Metro Atlanta area over the past 20 years.

Sponsor/Vendor Opportunities and Benefits: 
Receive prominent placement, advertisement of your company’s logo on the chapter website (event year), social media outlets, on-site signage, complimentary ticket(s), and an opportunity to provide company premium item(s) and/or promotional literature for distribution to the 150+ anticipated attendees.

NOTE: Please complete the online Sponsor -Vendor Form by May 1, 2024, to guarantee placement of your company name/logo in e-mail announcements, promotional fliers, social media outlets, and on-site signage.

Vendors: Suggested Arrival Time/Setup: 10:00 AM. Vendor Fair hours: 12 Noon – 6PM
