Please join the Brooklyn Public Library's Literacy Zone and Emblem Health for “𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲: 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽” 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 𝗮𝘁 𝟲 𝗽𝗺 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺.

For this workshop we will be discussing how to address your overall health while navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. You will have the opportunity to discuss nutritional, physical, and mental health concerns with Dr. Mila Gauvin and Dr. Olutoyin Alabi of Advantage Care Physicians. The Literacy Zone Case Manager, Christina Reid, LMSW will also be on hand to help guide the discussion.
