Lake Arbor Jazz Festival Weekend Events                           Vendor Registration Form
Thank you for your interest and inquiry to become a vendor at the Annual Lake Arbor Jazz Festival/Weekend.

The events take place between July 19th and July 20th, 2024. The Lake Arbor Jazz Festival takes place on Saturday, July 20th from 12:00 - 8:00 pm on the grounds of the Lake Arbor Community Center in Mitchellville, MD. The festival showcases topflight local and regional jazz artists from the greater Washington, DC and Baltimore areas.  

Please complete the ONE APPLICATION, per event you wish to participate. Your application will be reviewed within 5-7 days of receipt. If you qualify and spaces are still available, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please be patient. We tend to receive a fair amount of applications that need to be reviewed.

This year we are offering multiple vending opportunities during our Friday and Saturday events only. The events take place on July 19th and July 20th, 2024. 

This year we will need vendors for TWO events. Please see event and vendor information directly below: 

Event #1 - Summer White Affair & Dinner Show

Date: Friday, July 19, 2024 

Location: MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino, 101 MGM National Avenue, Oxon Hill, MD  20745

Number of vendors: Eight (8) MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY (first come, first served)

Merchandise Vendor (max. 8 ft. table) - $175.00

Event #2 - Lake Arbor Jazz Festival 

Date: Saturday, July 20, 2024

Location: 10100 Lake Arbor Way, Mitchellville, MD  20721

Number of vendors: Twelve (12) FOOD VENDORS and Twelve (12) MERCHANDISE VENDORS 

(first come, first served)

Food Vendor             (10 x 20)                  $475.00

Food TRUCK Vendor  (10 x 30)                  $525.00
Merchandise Vendor  (10 x 20)                  $425.00

Again, to be considered a 2024 Lake Arbor Jazz Events vendor, please complete and submit the registration form.  In order to purchase your vendor booth, you MUST obtain an approval access code once your participation has been approved by our vendor coordinator. Vendor approvals and purchase of booth space will begin March 1, 2024. A decision will be provided within 5-7 business days of receipt of your completed form. We will only have a limited amount of space available this year, so do not delay in submitting you registration and once approved, PAYING for your vendor ticket.

Registration closes on Sunday, June 30, 2024 - no exceptions.
