TOUCH-A-TRUCK EVENT

PAYMENT: Please mail a $50 check to: TRASC, PO BOX 290040, Columbia, SC 29223, or email trasc2015@gmail.com to request an invoice for payments made via credit card online

FOOD TRUCKS ONLY: Submit certificate of insurance and business license with payment and form. Food trucks are responsible for disposing of fats and oils in proper containers and removing them from the premises once the event is over. Grease, fats and oils CANNOT be poured down public drains. 

-All vendors are responsible for putting trash into the receptacles provided at the event. TRASC will not clean up after you/your table/food truck. Please leave your area in the same condition as you when you arrived.

-Set up can begin as early at 9am, and you are expected to have your premises cleared by 3pm

-Plan ahead! Bring enough food/product/services for at least 200 attendees.

-The venue has some power options to use, however, as a backup, please be prepared to be self-contained for water/power needs.
