You are receiving this email because you were registered for the 2024 season or are registered for the 2025 season.

The WSSA will be fielding a U21 Stouffville Sharks Boys Select team for the 2025 season coached by Kate Cicurskis (rgarganis@gmail.com).

The Select team is a tournament team that will compete in one-day tournaments, which take place on Saturdays or Sundays throughout the summer plus a 2-day Provincials tournament on August 9. Select players are required to play House League and will attend an additional Select practice through the spring/summer. Full commitment is required to participate on the Select team. This higher caliber program builds on the same fundamentals as House League with an increased focus on core skill development and competition. There is an additional Select fee (on top of the House League fee) to cover exhibition games, uniforms, tournaments, etc.

Players born in 2007 to 2004 are eligible to tryout. We are also allowing 2008 & 2009 players the option to tryout as we are not fielding a U17 Stouffville Sharks Team. In addition, any players born in 2003 may tryout (as we are allowed one over-aged player). There is a $10 tryout fee per session.   Players should make an effort to attend all tryout dates; however, must attend at least one of the dates. If this is not possible, please contact the coaches as soon as possible.  Players are asked to wear a t-shirt with a number on the back (preferably a non-Stouffville Sharks jersey, ie house league jersey or a MLB, NHL, NBA style tshirt, etc.)
