First I would like to thank you all for being a part of my journey with Fresh Approach Fitness over the last 3 + years, when I first moved back to St. Thomas.  At that point, I had no idea this experience was going to grow from 7 clients in my basement to a studio, where we still didn't have quite enough room :)  I have met some of the most amazing people and have built many friendships!!!!

Secondly, I have taken some time over the last month to take care of myself, my family and to figure out how to continue to provide the ultimate wellness experience for you. I hope you have taken some time to have done the same yourself.  

So what's next....
Fresh Approach Fitness, has transition from Small Group Fitness Classes to a Wellness Company where we focus on Mindset- > Movement.  

Fitness, nutrition, mindset, and wellness all have a valuable role on the wheel of wealth and I will continue to provide value in all of those areas, as we need all of them to be in balance in order to THRIVE and not just survive.

"I can personal train someone 3x a week, who goes home and emotionally eats because they are financially stressed."....I'm sure most of you have heard me say this more than once.  In this scenario, working on the mindset is more important than personal training,  which is exactly why mindset is such a focus right now, I am  helping people work on the root of the problem vs a band-aide solution.
