To qualify you must be from the Indian subcontinent ( India, Sri Lanka, Nepal , Bangladesh, Pakistan), residing in Auckland, Aotearoa (New Zealand)

1. Details of M&M Magic Recipe contest will be shared shortly after your register
   
2. Shortlisted qualifying entries will be asked to showcase their recipes at a given date and place in Auckland
3. You will cook to serve for 2 and portion sizes as per NZ Healthy Eating Guidelines
4. You recipe will be a traditional choice using Millets & Micronutrient Iron plus
5. Moderate using less saturated fat, salt and sugar
6. Recipe should have a choice of variety from 3 Food Groups mentioned below

Vegetables and fruits ( micronutrient iron plus)
Grains  (only Millets traditionally used in the Indian subcontinent)
Protein (red meat, poultry, fish and eggs or for vegetarians legumes, nuts & seeds)


Please also take high resolution photos and video of the cooking process
