CANDID CONVERSATIONS

Candid Conversations is an initiative aimed at providing a psychologically safe space where people can come together to listen to each other's thoughts and experiences and express themselves openly.

In each Candid session, the topic is decided on the spot by the participants, making every session unique. This is not a training session where participants gather to learn about a specific topic; instead, it's a platform for sharing and listening. Through the Candid Community, participants have reported that they learn to communicate safely yet boldly.

In Candid, we value authenticity and truth in each other, so you are welcome just as you are. The group's size ensures that everyone has an opportunity to speak. This is not a gathering of perfect individuals but rather a community of imperfect ones who are committed to creating a world characterized by acceptance, inclusivity, vulnerability, and accountability.
