In this form you can share any struggles/feedback that you have within Zephyr. The only people who have access to this form are the current board and the advisory council. It is possible to fill out the form anonymously if you would prefer that. Please note that none of the fields are required and they can be left empty if desired.

This feedback will be used for the board to get insight in as many members as possible and to also give the opportunity for (newer) members to voice their opinion without having to personally know members of the board.

The form contains 2 parts, first some questions to help the board understand what you are trying to say, which will make it the most useful for everyone involved. Second some questions about Zephyr in general that the board could use to improve your experience as much as possible.
