Welcome to the 2021 Support Driven Salary Survey!

It's the survey we do to help community members bring data to their conversations about compensation and benefits. Community members have used the survey in the past to negotiate pay and additional benefits.  

Please answer as many questions as you are comfortable answering. The goal is to be as useful to as many people as possible, so the more information we can gather, the better.  

All information will be kept anonymous.  No names, organizations, or data will be shared unless it is in an anonymous capacity.  

Please complete the survey by August 31 to be included in the Salary Survey report in September.
