- Professional Development Workshops: For public sector professionals interested in developing specific management skills. Examples include Presentation Skills, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Project Management, and Program Evaluation.
- Arkansas Certified Public Manager® (CPM) Program: A nationally accredited, comprehensive program designed for emerging leaders in the public sector. It develops skilled leaders, fosters collaboration, and encourages innovation through action.
- Certified Group Facilitator Program: Participants learn how to facilitate groups to make good decisions, resolve conflict, solve problems, and meet goals.
- Certified Volunteer Manager (CVM) Program: Teaches leaders of volunteer programs how to effectively manage their volunteer staff.
- Planning Official Courses: Trains individuals that work with city planning commissions. Topics include city planning, zoning, application review, meeting management, and ethics. Individuals that complete all six courses and a Capstone become Certified Arkansas Planning Officials.
