I assume all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, effects of weather, etc. and acknowledge that all risks are assumed by me.  I agree to waive, release and discharge the GRR8 School District and its respective representatives any rights, claims or demands therefore which I may have or which I may hereafter accrue to me arising out of injury to my person or my property incurred in connection with participation in this event held on Sept. 16, 2023.
