2025 Non-Profit Application
We are excited to invite your organization to apply for a free booth space at the Duvall Farmers Market! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and share your mission in a vibrant, welcoming environment. The Duvall Farmers Market will provide each non-profit booth with 1 canopy, 1 table, and 2 chairs. Non-profits must be set up by 2:30 PM and are required to stay until the market closes at 7:00 PM.

The primary purpose of this booth is to help non-profit groups share information and raise awareness with market attendees. Fundraising should not be the main focus of your participation. For liability reasons, non-profits using this booth may not sell or give away food items.

Organization Overview and Booth Activities:

Tell us about your organization and the activities you plan to host at your booth. We encourage non-profit vendors to include interactive displays, hands-on activities, arts and crafts, games, or other creative programming to engage the community. If your plans are still in progress or you intend to primarily share information about your organization, please describe that below.
Please share your preferred dates for participation. The Duvall Farmers Market runs every Thursday from May 1 to October 9, except for July 3, from 3:00-7:00 PM. Non-profits must be set up by 2:30 PM and are required to stay until the market closes at 7:00 PM. Due to high demand, we may only be able to accommodate 1-3 dates per organization.
