- Equipment request must be made at least 5 days prior to pick-up date.
- Equipment must be picked up and returned by requested pre-arranged date / time.
- When picking-up and returning equipment a photo of the equipment borrowed must be emailed to the wcacampingadviser@gmail.com.
-The borrower must report if any of the equipment is being returned late, dirty, damaged, or is lost. If equipment is damaged or lost the borrower may be charged additional fees according to the West Coast Area Equipment Terms and Conditions stated on the website and booking form.)
- Dirty or Late Equipment: If equipment is returned dirty or late the borrower’s privileges to borrow area equipment may be suspended.
- Lost Equipment: A unit may be asked to pay 75% of replacement cost for gear that is 1 to 3 years old, 50% of replacement cost for gear that is 4 to 6 years old and 25% for gear that is 7 years or older.
- Damaged Equipment: A unit may be asked to pay for a portion of the repair cost to fix the equipment they damaged.
- All equipment must be returned clean with all parts and users are to report any damage, loss or missing pieces to wcacampingadviser@gmail.com!

Snowshoes - Must be wiped, dried right after use to avoid rust, and returned in their numbered pairs to their bins. Please do not leave snowshoes unattended while using them. Hollyburn Chalet also has snowshoes available to borrow for more information please contact the
caretakers.
