Please read the Terms & Conditions below carefully before moving forward.
All contact will happen from the email: contact(at)skiblesstudio.com. We will not use any other email, and if you have any questions, please direct your emails there.
Payment:
- A 30% non-refundable down payment is due at the beginning of the project to get started after the project has been approved by both parties. The remaining balance will be split into a 30% mid-project payment and 40% final payment or full 70% final payment for smaller projects.
- Final payment amount may change according to additional fees, such as pause fees, rush fees or license fees.
- No finished files will be transferred over until the final payment has been made.
- Client acknowledges that no physical items are involved in transactions. Client will be given digital files only.
- Do NOT send us payments. Please wait to receive an invoice in your email.
- The down payment invoice will be sent within 2 days after a project proposal is approved.
Timeline:
- Check out estimated timelines for each service on their individual pages.
- Once you’ve filled out the form, we will review your responses and get back to you within 2-3 business days. If we feel as though your project aligns with our offerings, we will move on to the next step and discuss the project further with a more specific timeline.
- A project proposal will be sent for approval via email before starting the project. Once approved, an invoice will be sent. When the invoice is paid, we will move forward with the project.
- Please pay attention to your mailbox. Delays in responses will delay the whole process and a pause fee of +10% of base price will be applied if it takes you over 2 weeks to respond.
- You will be informed of any circumstances that may delay the progress of your commission.
- Please contact us via email if any questions arise before, during or after the project.
Revisions:
- Each phase in the project includes two revisions. When giving revision feedback, please take your time and be as detailed as possible.
- Any additional revisions requested will be charged accordingly.
- Skibles Studio reserves the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.
Cancellations:
- Skibles Studio reserves the rights to decline a project for any reasons before a project is started.
- Declined projects will not be charged.
- Cancellations are free of charge until the project as been agreed on by both parties and the 30% non-refundable down payment has been made.
- A cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellations made by the client after the project has been started. This will be based on the invoices already paid and how far into the project we are.
- Before choosing to cancel the project, please contact us, so we can discuss any concerns or issues and negotiate a suitable resolution. Cancelling a project should be the last resort.
- Skibles Studio will only process refunds if we are unable to finish the project for reasons beyond our control.
Credit & Distribution:
- Skibles Studio reserves the right to share the work on our social media platforms. If you would prefer the commission to remain private, please indicate that in your initial email/forms.
- Client agrees to not resell the commission to third parties or for profit, such as selling a logo commission on merchandise or as an NFT. Usage for AI learning is prohibited. The commission must be used for its intended purpose.
- Full commercial rights and ownership is given once the project is finished.
Clients agree to the terms above when commissioning Skibles Studio.
Any violations of these terms may result in the client being blacklisted and declined future projects.
