Zenkaikon 2023 Cosplay Session Interest
Thanks for your interest in booking a session with me!

**Once you fill out the form, I will send out invoices for 50% of your session; the remainder will be due a month before the convention. The 50% will be a nonrefundable retainer to lock in your session. If your session cannot take place due to illness or inclement weather (ex: blizzard) that prevents travel to the con, the retainer can be carried over for an on location session or at another convention**

All sessions include...
*Pre-session research and location scouting
*Posing assistance (great for first timers)
*Online gallery with edited photos (minimum of 20 photos)
*One to Two Week turnaround; I also keep my clients updated on the status of edits

Pricing & Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies
Session pricing includes PA Sales Tax. Once a convention has been confirmed, 50% of the session fee will be due at the time of booking as a non refundable retainer. The remaining balance will be due one month before the convention If you do not pay the balance by the date specified, your session will be cancelled. Payments are accepted via Paypal & Venmo.
Rescheduling is allowed due to illness, emergency, etc and your session fee would be carried over to your rescheduled session.
