Sponsorship Pledge Form - Bench or Picnic Table

BOTTLE CAPS TO BENCHES (+PICNIC TABLES!) is a Kendall County Fairgrounds Fundraising campaign, designed to provide sustainable benches and picnic tables for the fairgrounds.

UPDATE AS OF 9/1/23: We are so appreciative of the donations of plastic that we have received from the community to date! We have over 4,000lbs of it ready to go!

At this time, we are in need of SPONSORS to provide the necessary funding to accompany the plastic donations and allow us to order more benches and picnic tables for the fairgrounds.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Thank you for sponsoring!  The following sponsorship options are currently available:

6' Bench (200lbs of plastic) - $295

4' Picnic Table (250lbs of plastic) - $425

6' Picnic Table (500lbs of plastic) - $575

Each Sponsorship includes an engraved Name Plate to be affixed to the bench or picnic table. This is a great way to honor and recognize individuals, businesses, organizations, teams etc. 

Community collections for sponsorship are accepted and encouraged! At this time, we can only accept Sponsorship in full, not partial product sponsorships.

Payment is not required until bench/picnic table is confirmed.

We will contact you when the bench or picnic table is ready.

These prices are for a  bench or table in the standard gray and black colors. Custom color options may be available for an additional cost. If you would like to know about these options, please indicate that in the next question.

As of November 2023, custom color info is as follows:
- Available custom colors: white, red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple, brown, pink, tan.
- Each custom color is an additional $50 per color. (Ex. If you would like a custom, white and red bench, it would cost an additional $100.)
Placement *
Do you have a preference as to where your sponsored bench/picnic table be placed? We cannot make any guarantees, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
Sponsorship Timeline *
Are you prepared with your sponsorship funding now, or do you need time to gather funds? This question just helps us to forecast.
