Thank you for your interest in Unleashed's 10th Annual Spring Fling Dog & Cat Fundraiser!  Please fill out the following form and someone will be in touch with you.  Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot.  Please allow about 48 hours to hear back from us. 

Please read ALL of the details, whether this is your 1st time applying for Spring Fling or your 10th as we have some changes!

All vendors and non-profits are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, loot bags, and raffle prizes.  You may give merch, coupons, flyers, etc. to promote your business/organization and support the cause.  100% of funds raised from these things goes to the rescue groups at Spring Fling.  Participants love these fundraisers and love supporting the businesses and organizations involved.

In partnership with the paying vendors and sponsors who make this event possible, it is preferred that non-profit groups only sell items that are specific to their group, handmade by volunteers, or are otherwise not represented by the paying vendors. All products for sale must be approved prior to the event.

I would like to offer coupons, brochures or items for Easter Egg Totes (500+ BAGS) - this is a FREE and wonderful way to get your name out there.  Everyone that signs up for the Easter Egg Hunt gets a tote.  100% of funds from the Easter Egg Hunt go to the rescues at Spring Fling. *
I would like to offer prizes for the Easter Egg Hunt - this is a FREE and wonderful way to get your name out there.  We stuff thousands of eggs with prize slips that can be redeemed at your Spring Fling booth or at a later time (your choice.)  Participants love hunting for eggs and supporting the businesses that support it.  The funds collected go to the rescue groups at Spring Fling. *
I would like offer an item for the Raffle Table - another FREE opportunity to get your name out there and support the local area rescues.  100% of raffle funds collected go to the rescue groups at Spring Fling.   *

Physical Donations: Part of Spring Fling is a donation drive.  We encourage participants to drop off supplies (pet supplies, office supplies, etc.) at the event and/or at our stores.  We also collect donations daily throughout the year at our stores and add these to the event drive as well.  After Spring Fling, we divide the physical donations as equally as possible and invite non-profit organizations to pick up a portion of them at our warehouse.  (Cash donations are handled separately.)  

Our warehouse location is on Atlantic Ave. in Raleigh.  Pick-up dates will be coordinated after the event.

Cash Donations: A main focus of Spring Fling is to raise awareness, but also funds for the non-profit organizations in attendance.  We host several fundraisers, including our Easter Egg Hunt, event t-shirt sales, and raffles.  Thanks to our sponsors, 100% of the money collected from these goes directly to the donation fund.  After the event, we total all of the funds collected from these and any other fundraising events at Spring Fling, in addition to cash donations, and divide the amount equally based on the number of non-profit organizations present at the event that want the donations.  Each organization will receive a check from Unleashed for their share of the donations.  

To receive the funds, your group must set up and be present at Spring Fling.  Your group must also adhere to the policies set forth in this application/contract.

Additional Donation Opportunity!  

Rescue Photo Contest on our Spring Fling Facebook page

Each year we host a Facebook photo contest for rescues which runs the week prior to the event through approximately the day after (exact dates TBA.)  This contest gives you a chance to showcase one adoptable animal, which will bring awareness to your group, and hopefully get someone interested in meeting that animal at Spring Fling (we love it when the featured animal is actually at Spring Fling- it's kind of like a celebrity sighting :)).  

If you choose to participate, you will send us one photo of one adoptable animal with a brief description.  We will post all of the photos to a FB album and promote the contest.  At the end of the contest, the photo with the most likes will win 500 lbs of Premium Pet Food for their rescue group.  

If you win, we will arrange a date for you (any volunteer) to pick up the food at our warehouse on Atlantic Ave. in Raleigh.
