This is your pre-registration to be able to attend this two part virtual training. Training will be adapted from NAMI's 12 hour program which can be found here: https://namigreatercleveland.org/resources/about-mental-illness/mental-health-first-aid/

After completing this form, a team member will review your responses and follow up with the needed materials if you are one of the first 30 people registered. After the first 30 slots are filled, we will group the remaining individuals into groups and suggest alternative dates.
