Mission:MathMinds - Volunteers Needed: Driving Books and Donation Boxes

If you have a valid driver's license currently or a trusted individual who wants quick and easy volunteer hours, please fill out this form. Depending on what you choose, you will be required to drive to donation centers and pick up boxes of books, which you will then bring to the Kumon of Rolling Meadows or you will have to drive donation boxes from the Kumon of Rolling Meadows to new donation centers.

We require for pictures to be taken when books are picked up for the purpose of social media. Thus, if you are not comfortable with taking pictures of yourself that could be posted, please do not fill out this form.
