As of Feb 7, 2023 the buses and summit trips are full. Seats of course may open up as people cancel, so please do fill this out if you want to go. But can't guarantee of a seat on the summit tours Wed/Thurs.

We have an 80 person limit for in-person attendance. If you filled out the headcount form in the fall, you have a spot reserved at the meeting, but you must fill out this registration and logistics form too if you plan on attending in person.

Goal of this form is to gather all the information needed to accommodate the in-person attendees. Tuesday and Friday will be hybrid.
