There are four sub-committees you can join to be a part of planning next year's Joint Council of Extension Professionals (JCEP) Conference.

SPEAKERS SUB-COMMITTEE
This committee conducts the call for proposals; solicits for opening, keynote, and/or capnote speakers; reviews and selects presenters who fit the desired presentation lengths; provides a list of sessions for registration materials and sends it to the Logistics Sub-committee; coordinates arrangements (contracts, registration, hotel, travel, etc.) for opening, keynote, and/or capnote speakers; coordinates room set-up and speaker/room moderators for sessions; and coordinates AV equipment needs with Logistics Sub-committee.

POSTERS & EVALUATION SUB-COMMITTEE
This committee solicits the call for posters (poster session and poster symposium); reviews and selects posters; provides a list of posters for registration materials and sends it to the Logistics Sub-committee; coordinates room set-up and speaker/room moderators for poster session and poster symposium; coordinates AV equipment needs with Logistics Sub-committee; creates/updates conference evaluation and sends it to attendees and non-attendees; summarizes/analyzes responses for JCEP Conference Planning Committee; and reports to Planning Committee and JCEP Board.

LOGISTICS SUB-COMMITTEE
This committee works with co-chairs on room availability schedule; determines meal and break menus; determines if conference insignia is needed; develops registration materials (working with co-chairs and UW registration services); creates schedule and ensures that registration desk is staffed; coordinates association and department needs (including AV needs); creates and distributes conference agenda; and creates and posts signs for sessions, meetings, etc.

AWARDS & SOCIAL SUB-COMMITTEE
This committee makes room arrangements for pre-banquet networking, social time, and activities; coordinates with ESP for silent auction; coordinates with WEECDA for live auction; organizes All Association Awards Luncheon (including awards presentations by associations, awards program, awards book, etc.); and sets up and emcees All Association Award Luncheon.
