During a periodic quality audit in the manufacturing plant of our Phantom II, one of our suppliers did not find the traceability of an important quality control operation on a limited number of our products. Unfortunately, your Phantom II, if its serial number is listed below, must be returned to us.

The quality control operation, which we cannot guarantee, protects our products from malfunctions in rare but possible circumstances. Therefore, in order to avoid any future inconvenience, we kindly ask you to return your Phantom II which will be replaced with a new product.

We will associate the new replacement product(s) with the Devialet Care service (in the countries where we sell it only), which notably includes a 5-year warranty extension. In order to proceed with this exchange, please fill out the form below.
