The GSO Student Life and Diversity Committees are collecting graduate students' grievances related to their experiences at SU. We want to learn more about what is troubling you so that we can discuss these issues at our meetings and take further action if needed. This form is to submit any personal grievances or issues you or someone you know have experienced, or anything you have noticed makes your life as a student harder or uncomfortable. For example, these can range from "The bus system is confusing" to "It's not easy to find a place to live."

If you have a concern related to your life as a student or diversity on the SU campus, please use this form to submit it to us. Please leave appropriate contact info if you are able to so that we can follow-up as needed; if you wish to remain anonymous, you may do so by leaving the personal information fields blank. PLEASE NOTE that the contents of your submissions will be viewable by members of the GSO Student Life Committee, the GSO Diversity Committee, and the GSO Executive Board, and may be forwarded to additional parties if deemed appropriate or if you give us permission to do so.
