What level position are you applying for? The structure of the EagleTHON Planning Team is as follows: 4 Steering Directors, Executive Board members, and Committee members. The Steering positions are as follows: Executive Director, External Director, Internal Director, and Fiscal Director. External, Fiscal, and Internal Director all oversee committees of about 3-5 Executive Board members. Each committee also has committee members who support Eboard and Steering Directors in tasks, and often are able to lead their own mini-projects. Steering Board applications will be considered for Executive Board and committee positions, and Executive Board applications will be considered for committee positions. *
