This is the form to use to choose your courses for the 2020-2021 school year. Seniors, you must choose at least 2 core classes (Math, Science, Social Studies, English). Jrs. or Srs., you can only choose one hour for peer tutoring. Email address is so Mrs. Johnson can contact you if needed.

If you filled out an enrollment form this year for Vo-Tech, please go ahead and choose courses for Miami, also.

If you are a returning Vo-tech student, it will make you choose Miami courses for the first four hours, but at the bottom of the form you can put down that you are planning on returning to Vo-tech under the more information question.
