Have you observed something at sea that you think should be reported to the Coast Guard? Or do you have a complaint regarding a collision with a Coast Guard vessel, damage to your vessel during a Coast Guard inspection, or any other issue at sea? Please fill out the complaint form, and we will process your notification and/or complaint. It is important that you provide all necessary information, such as the date, time, and location of the incident, as well as all parties involved. The more information you can provide, the better we can handle your notification or complaint. You will receive a reply from us within 3 days. All information you provide when submitting your notification or complaint will be treated confidentially. We respect your privacy and will only use your data for the solution of your notification or complaint.
