Innocentrix’ Innovation League is recognising, rewarding and supporting innovation excellence in support of strategic innovation impact and innovation management across the organisation.
We aspire to understand innovation capability building and to develop frameworks, information pieces, strategic approaches and relevant methodologies to assist in managing innovation for better ROI. This information helps to elevate the innovation discussion and enables us to share learnings and insights that all can benefit from.
Based on global research and the guiding standard for Innovation Management Systems (ISO 56002:2019), this survey has been built on the seven key elements identified as imperative for organisations in pursuit of successful innovation capability building. This assessment provides a starting point to assist your organisation in better understanding, and therefore more effectively integrating appropriate systems for managing innovation.
This survey is executed from the perspective of an innovation management system (IMS). An IMS in this context refers to a set of interrelated and interacting elements, aiming for the realization of value. It provides a common framework for the organisation to develop and deploy innovation capabilities, evaluate performance and achieve its intended innovation outcomes.
Please note that this survey does not ask for company sensitive information. Your individual responses to the questionnaire as well as your detailed answers applicable to the various categories will not be shared and will remain confidential. By participating, you will be entitled to a high-level digital report indicating your organisation's innovation score in relation to the ISO 56002 Innovation Management Guiding Standard.
