Facility Coordinator Request
This form is for club directors who are securing gym space for tournaments, and coordinating all needs for the facilities at each event.

WYO Club Volleyball will sanction, schedule, and promote AAU tournaments.

WYO Club Volleyball is responsible for the following:
  • Ensuring maximum number of teams playing in each event
  • Using simple and easy registration platform
  • Ranking system for competitive play
  • Consistent format following AAU rules
  • Results from each event posted online
  • Live updates on a user-friendly app for all events
  • Tournament schedules posted online and on app
  • Providing medals to top finishing teams in each division
  • Paying site director fees and officials fees (as necessary)
Payment to club Facility Coordinators and individuals from WYO Club Volleyball:
  • Officials will be paid $25-$35 per match based on experience and certification
  • Site directors will be paid $150.00 per day
  • Clubs hosting Level 1 events will receive $25.00 per hour per court
  • Clubs hosting Level 2-4 events will receive $40.00 per hour per court
Facility Coordinators will be responsible for:
  • Securing and paying for courts and gym space
  • Sharing venue locations and addresses
  • Parking instructions
  • Facility rules
  • Coordinate site directors
  • Distributing medals and awards to site directors
  • Ensure score sheets are printed for each court
  • Ensure results (scores) are updated correctly
  • Communicate with WYO Club Volleyball in a timely manner
  • Helping with officials (if needed)
Facilities director MUST have prior experience running events and have gyms SECURED (paid for or reserved).
