The end of our first term is rapidly approaching. Parents now have the opportunity to change their student's instructional delivery method from remote instruction to in-school instruction.  

If you would like for your child to change from remote online learning to the hybrid model (two days of in-school instruction per week) please fill out this Opt-in to Hybrid Model form.

Please fill out this form for each of your children (one entry per child).

If your child is a full remote online learner and will not be opting-in to the Hybrid Model then it is NOT necessary to fill out this form.

Any questions can be directed to your student's school principal.

Deadline to Opt-In to Hybrid Model is Friday, December 18, 2020.

Students who opt-in to Hybrid Model (in-school instruction) will begin at the start of the second term which is February 1, 2021.
