I agree to see that the uniform loaned to my child is properly cared for and returned on the agreed upon date. In case of loss or damage to the uniform while in my child’s possession, I further agree to pay for the repair and/or replacement of the uniform(s). I understand if my child is missing any piece of loaned uniform they may be subject to disciplinary action.I understand that the uniforms will be due, cleaned and ready for winter storage on or before the Winter Band Concert and will be re-issued, if needed, for any Band Trips or Performances in the spring. *
