Leader's Mission and Vision
In just a few days, we’ll be convening in cyberspace to share our personal experiences and perspectives about what it means to be a leader of color in the field of Arts Administration. You have already demonstrated that you have a powerful voice for influencing cultural policy in  your community.  

The central goal of this program is to help  you clarify the vision you want to create for the arts field and to stimulate your thinking about how you will build it. Leadership is influenced by cultural identity, community and experience, and although this work is sometimes challenging, your fellow cohort members will become a longtime resource and sounding board for years to come. So, let’s start now sharing more about you - as we prepare to meet this terrific network of leaders.
