Childhood 2.0 Student Feedback
This is an anonymous survey to collect feedback that will bring awareness to what students are exposed to on their devices and how we can combat unsafe digital practices.

These questions are designed for parents to answer alongside their child (children).  If you have more than one child, please take this survey with each of them.  Some questions may be uncomfortable, but we feel these conversations are imperative in order to provide necessary resources for parents and their children.
