PICK-UP: Snack Pack drive thru pick-up will be on Thursday, September 24th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Canyon View Parking lot.

DELIVERY TO HOME:  If you are unable to make the Snack Pack pick-up time, we would be happy to deliver it to your doorstep.  The Snack will be left by your front door.  You will receive a text that it has arrived.  For delivery, you must fill out the section for address and phone number.

PAYMENT: After your select submit, you will see a link that will direct you to pay for your order through the Foundation's GoFundMe Charity site.  
    - If you are ordering more than 5 Snack Packs, add $8 for each additional one.  Click "Other" to enter payment amount.
    - GoFundMe Charity makes a request for a tip as a donation to their organization.  You may choose any amount you wish to tip, or if you do not wish to include a tip, put $0 in that section.
