Buffalo Elementary Field Trip Funding Request Instructions
1. Have field trip approved by Buffalo Elementary School Principal.  All field trips must be educational.

2. Complete Funding Request form at least four weeks prior to the field trip.

3. PTO will meet to discuss coverage of field trip based on educational merit and cost.  In general, PTO will provide funding for buses, plus up to $12/student or staff member.  Chaperones will not be funded.

4.  Completed form will be returned to grade representative, identifying amount of PTO funds provided, bus reservations, and any additional cost per student.

5.  Once approved, PTO will reserve and pay for buses.  Please do NOT reserve buses yourselves as this will result in duplicate orders.

6.  Send receipts and invoices to Buffalo.Elementary.PTO.Treasurer@gmail.com or place in PTO mailbox.
