Burnette's School Council is designed to bring parents and the community together with teachers and school administrators to create a better understanding of and mutual respect for each other's ideas for school improvement. We are looking to add a couple of new members to the 2022-2023 School Council. The council meets four times a year during the school day and members are expected to serve for two years.

School Council member expectations:
*Maintain a school-wide perspective on issues
*Regularly participate in school council meetings
*Act as a link between the school council and the community
*Encourage the participation of parents and others within the school community
*Work to improve students achievement and performance
