Thank you for contributing to the State of Global Youth Report, a youth-run research effort highlighting how youth age 15-23 feel about global issues, political participation, and leadership. You're joining hundreds of youth from around the world in this project. Together we will shine a light on the interests and needs of youth leaders like us.

This information will be consolidated and shared as part of a final, public report released in 2023.

You are invited to participate in the State of Global Youth Report, conducted by youth leaders in the AMP Global Youth network. Taking part in this report is entirely voluntary. The purpose of this report is to capture the perspectives, priorities, and values of youth worldwide, on our greatest global challenges and the power of youth to address them. If you agree to participate, we request you complete the questions below. You will be asked about the issues, skills, values, and experiences that impact you most as a rising young global leader.
What are the study risks?
The risks and discomforts associated with participation in this reported are not expected to be greater than those ordinarily encountered in daily life, or during the performance of routine academic and/or skill building activities like joining a club.
What are the study benefits?
By participating in this report, you are helping articulate what young global leaders need to succeed. This will in turn inform AMP Global Youth programs, those of our partners, and -- we hope -- those of broader efforts to provide youth with the skills and support they need to address our greatest global challenges. There are no other concrete and/or implied benefits to participation.
What else should I know about the study?
By sharing your responses you agree to our using this information in the State of Global Youth Report. All responses will be kept private, and all writing will remain anonymous. We encourage you to answer the questions honestly, based on the experiences you have had and the feelings you have. Every effort will be made to keep your information confidential, however, this can not be guaranteed. In the event that you choose to identify any specific individuals, teachers, or programs, names will be redacted or altered as necessary.

Your participation in this report is entirely voluntary. There is no obligation to participate; you can skip questions that you don't want to answer; and you can withdraw at any time. It is up to you. Please note that we are unable to use your response if you do not complete the demographic data at the end, but again this will not be used to associate you with specific responses.
Before deciding if you want to be in the study, ask any questions you have. You can also ask questions during the time you are completing the survey.
